• Functional Knowledge in SAP Material Management and Functional Knowledge in WMS
• Domain knowledge in supply chain such as order management, transport management and inventory management is preferred
• Experience in solution implementation, knowledge in integration with ERP and/or 3rd party systems is a plus
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to articulate technical details to outsourced vendors
• Able to communicate issues and status clearly to different levels of business stakeholders and users
• Possess active listening skills, professional written and verbal communication skills.

• Involved in programming or configuration are development scope of work
• Enhances or adapts existing or proposed systems within an organization with the purpose of improving business efficiency and productivity
• plans activities involving the examination and documentation of technical requirements for new solutions to be created and user needs analysis
• analyses the feasibility of new systems and enhancements to existing systems, translates technical requirements into system specifications and writes test cases
• develops documentation and guides for the use of new or enhanced systems
• manages analysis projects, open-minded and innovative in exploring new and alternative solutions to optimize systems
