• Lead blueprint workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
• Configure and maintain SAP ECC components tailored to organizational needs.
• Design and implement solutions, including data migration, testing, and cutover plans.
• Provide end-user training, documentation, and hyper-care support post-go-live.
