POSITION DESCRIPTION:

CGI is looking for an SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) experienced consultant specialized in integration to support SAP practice initiatives, pre-sales activities and client projects.
As a SAP CPI SME, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the Integration Area for our SAP BTP Team
Participate globally and re-use/ develop locally thought leadership around use of SAP CPI
Participate in business development activities (presentations, proposals, etc)
Coach others, recognize their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development
Act to resolve issues which prevent the team from working effectively
Analyze complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations
Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations
Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations
Use data and insights to inform conclusions and support decision-making
Develop a point of view on key global trends, and how they impact clients
Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties
Support our initiatives to develop SAP BTP Accelerators in the Integration Area

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

1. Proven experience in transcribing and transposing technical information into business language and vice versa
2. Experienced in leading discussions with senior management
3. SAP BTP Integration Area experience preferred
4. Extensive knowledge and understanding of SAP CPI; PI/PO solutions with demonstrated proficiency in developing complex integrations with SAP and Non-SAP Systems
5. Experience in consulting, designing, implementing and leading significant tracks on larger projects or leading medium sized SAP consulting engagements with SAP CPI
6. Must have been engaged on at least three SAP CPI; PI/PO implementations that required complex analysis, design, development and implementation skills
7. Strong SAP development experience would be considered a strong
8. Proven track record of success as a team leader and coach
9. Fluent in French and English.
