JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP CRM applications. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant or in a similar role within an enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules, including Sales Order Management, Marketing, and Service Management.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with integration points between SAP CRM and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is preferred.
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    Pay: $53.05-$105.00 per hour

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users to facilitate effective use of the SAP CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions to enhance system functionality.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP CRM trends and best practices, recommending improvements as necessary.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions with other business systems.
