Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a skilled SAP CRM Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and supporting SAP CRM applications. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant or in a similar role within an enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules, including Sales Order Management, Marketing, and Service Management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with integration points between SAP CRM and other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM) is preferred.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
