Description

SAP CRM Functional Consultant with at least 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP CRM implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in SAP CRM modules, business processes, and integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. French language fluency is a must.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP CRM Functional Consultant.
  • Strong expertise in SAP CRM Sales, Service, Marketing, and Middleware.
  • Hands-on experience in CRM Web UI configuration and enhancement.
  • Good understanding of BAdis, User Exits, and enhancement frameworks.
  • Experience with SAP CRM integration with SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of SAP Fiori and UI5 for CRM applications is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in full-cycle SAP CRM implementations and upgrades.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • SAP CRM Certification (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience with SAP C/4HANA or SAP Customer Experience (CX).
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SAP Activate framework.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP CRM solutions.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements to deliver effective CRM solutions.
  • Configure SAP CRM modules, including Marketing, Sales, Service, Interaction Center (IC), Middleware, and Web UI customization.
  • Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA) and third-party systems.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to optimize CRM processes.
  • Conduct system testing, UAT, and end-user training for SAP CRM functionalities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CRM, ensuring minimal business disruption.
  • Prepare functional design documents, business process documentation, and training materials.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP CRM advancements and recommend best practices.
