We are seeking a highly skilled Report Writer with expertise in SAP Crystal Reports, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and advanced SQL scripting. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain dynamic reporting solutions that drive business insights and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and build complex reports using SAP Crystal Reports and SSRS
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views for reporting accuracy and performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather report requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms
• Perform report tuning and troubleshoot performance issues
• Support data visualization and dashboard development initiatives

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with SAP Crystal Reports and SSRS
• Advanced SQL skills: joins, subqueries, CTEs, temp tables, etc.
• Solid understanding of relational database design and data modeling
• Experience working with SQL Server databases (2019 or newer preferred)
• Familiarity with version control and Agile development environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Background in finance
