abra SAP is seeking an SAP CS (Customer Service) Consultant. We are looking for a skilled SAP Service Consultant to implement, configure, and optimize business processes in SAP, CRM, and other integrated systems. This role requires strong expertise in SAP implementation, interface management, and business process analysis, with a focus on service-related modules. A full-time, hybrid position, based in North/Center Israel. Key Responsibilities: Analyze, design, and implement business processes in SAP, focusing on CS or related modules (QM, PM). Configure and optimize processes in CRM and service/marketing systems. Define and manage interfaces between systems, including files, Web Services, APIs, and more. Integrate SAP with digital assets and other business systems, collaborating closely with service, marketing, and digital teams. Requirements Proven experience in SAP implementation – mandatory Experience in CS or related modules (QM, PM) preferred. Experience working with CRM systems – mandatory. Knowledge of SAP C4C is an advantage. Experience in interface analysis and management between systems – mandatory. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. Strong system thinking, analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
