• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for S/4 HANA OTC end users across EMEA operations
• Supervise SAP applications in OTC and other relevant modules for Sysmex branches in EMEA
• Analyze and optimize business processes in S/4 HANA, including handling local and global SAP change requests
• Collaborate with stakeholders such as FI Key Users, internal and external ERP consultants to ensure process integration and alignment across the organization
• Communicate process changes effectively to stakeholders, including senior management, process users, and customers
• Prepare training materials in SAP Enable Now and conduct training sessions to support users in following SAP processes
