• S/4 HANA OTC 1st/2nd Level support of EMEA operations end users
• Supervision of SAP applications in the field of OTC and further modules for the Sysmex branches in EMEA
• Analysis and optimisation of business processes in S/4 HANA and processing of relevant SAP (local or global) change requests
• Collaborating with other stakeholders like FI Key Users, internal and external ERP Consultants to ensure that processes are integrated and aligned across the organisation
• Working with new SAP, S4 and Microsoft Tools and Applications
