As a Project Manager within our dynamic North America CX Solution Area, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of high-quality SAP Commerce Cloud solutions. You will oversee the end-to-end execution of eCommerce implementation projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, budget, and timeline. This involves planning, coordinating, and managing project activities while fostering a culture of Agile excellence. The Project Manager works closely with the project board members (Product Owner, Lead Software Developer, Lead QA Analyst, and Solution Architect) to deliver the complete solution for the customer. You will serve as the key point of contact for stakeholders, removing impediments, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth communication across teams. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customers’ success, requiring frequent interaction with international clients and occasional travel.
