WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

• 7+ years of experience in data migration projects, including greenfield SAP S/4HANA programs
• Deep knowledge of SAP data structures, data migration tools (e.g., BODS, Syniti, SAP Migration Cockpit) and SQL
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to work with system integrators and drive high-quality, on-time migration deliverables
• Experience managing risk, dependencies and reporting progress across complex programs
• A proactive mindset and strong sense of accountability
• Exposure to Snowflake and other modern data platforms (desirable)

At Blackmores, we’re reimagining how we work—modernising our systems, streamlining our processes and unlocking new efficiencies as we implement SAP S/4HANA across the business over the next three years.
We’re now seeking a skilled and collaborative SAP Data Migration Analyst to help deliver one of the most critical components of this transformation: moving high-quality, trusted data into our new SAP platform.
In this 24-month fixed term contract, you’ll work hand-in-hand with our System Integrator, data SMEs, and system owners to map, cleanse, and migrate data from legacy systems into SAP. Your technical knowledge, attention to detail and stakeholder skills will help shape a seamless migration process and position Blackmores for long-term data success.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collaborate with system owners and SMEs to map source data to SAP target structures
• Drive data migration strategy and oversee execution in partnership with our System Integrator
• Identify data gaps, quality issues and design remediation plans that minimise business risk
• Lead source-to-target data mapping and manage pipelines across master, reference and transactional data
• Document all flows, maintain a data issue log and ensure accountability through clear RACIs
• Monitor and manage risks, issues and dependencies—reporting to the Transformation Office
• Enable scalable, transparent and auditable migration pipelines to support program milestones
