Description

SHAPE THE FUTURE OF DATA AT BLACKMORES. SUPPORT OUR SAP TRANSFORMATION.

At Blackmores, we’re embarking on a bold and exciting transformation—investing in our people, systems, and processes to unlock smarter ways of working, better serve our customers, and power long-term growth. At the centre of this transformation is SAP S/4HANA.
We’re now seeking an experienced SAP Data Modeller to join us on a 24-Month Contract, help bring our new enterprise data landscape to life. This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in a multi-year SAP transformation and ensure our data models are future-ready, interoperable, and primed for analytics, reporting and AI.
As part of our ERP Data & Analytics team, you’ll collaborate with technical leads, business SMEs and delivery partners to build scalable, high-quality SAP data models that bridge SAP and non-SAP data sources. You’ll be the translator between complexity and clarity—turning business needs into powerful, well-structured models that fuel strategic insight and innovation.

Responsibilities
  • Design, build and document high-quality, scalable SAP data models aligned with Blackmores’ reporting and analytics needs
  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define data model requirements and ensure alignment across operational and analytical priorities
  • Translate complex data sources into clear, structured models using best-practice methodologies (Kimball, metadata, lineage etc.)
  • Identify data gaps and quality issues—proposing clear solutions and mitigation strategies
  • Embed strong data governance and documentation practices from day one
  • Support the integration of SAP and non-SAP systems into a cohesive data ecosystem
  • Collaborate with the ERP Data & Analytics Lead and Transformation Office to manage risks, dependencies and progress reporting
