Job description:
Role: Delivery Coordinator (Intermediate)
Expected Start Date: Around September 22nd
Language Requirement: Bilingual preferred, but English-only candidates will also be considered.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Minimum 4 years of experience across various SAP domains.
• In the last 2 years, must have completed at least 200 person-days as a Delivery Coordinator using the Solution Manager (SOLMAN) tool in organizations of similar scale.

• Define delivery scope with implementation coordinators, product owners, and testing teams.
• Plan and coordinate application and technology deliveries.
• Guide and monitor stakeholder activities throughout delivery cycles.
• Define and implement transition strategies, including data loading and deployment.
• Coordinate environment refresh activities and ensure operational stability.
• Troubleshoot complex issues involving digital and tech components.
• Ensure compliance with standards and supervise the work quality of team members.
• Provide advisory support to the team lead and service manager.
