Key responsibilities: 

• SAP Data migration strategy, governance, and execution
• Managing extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Collaborating with business SMEs, functional teams, and technical leads
• Ensuring data quality, validation, and reconciliation throughout migration cycles
• Providing leadership and direction to offshore/onshore migration teams

Skills & Experience required:

• Must have experience in SuccessFactors PMGM and Learning!
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations (preferred)
• Expertise in data migration tools (SAP Data Services, LSMW, or similar)
• Proven track record across multiple end-to-end SAP migration projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
