Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM AO (Account Origination) Developer to design, configure, and implement tailored SAP solutions that align with business objectives. This role will lead functional configuration and customization across CRM modules including Marketing, Sales, Service, Case Management, and Call Center, while developing and maintaining RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to support business processes.

The successful candidate will also manage SAP interfaces with external systems, support integration between SAP CRM and other platforms such as Salesforce, and collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders. This includes generating comprehensive technical and functional documentation, performing testing (SIT/UAT), and providing ongoing application support.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement tailored SAP solutions using ABAP and Web Dynpro
• Lead implementation and customization for CRM modules including Marketing, Sales, Service, Case Management, and Call Center
• Develop and maintain RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows)
• Create and maintain SAP interfaces with external systems using ALE/IDocs, RFCs, and web services
• Support integration of SAP CRM with other platforms, such as Salesforce
• Generate comprehensive technical and functional documentation, including design specifications and user manuals
• Collaborate with users to resolve issues, perform unit/integration testing (SIT/UAT), and provide ongoing application support

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience designing, configuring, and developing SAP CRM and Account Origination solutions
• Proficient in ABAP, Web UI, and ABAP Web Dynpro
• Experience with CRM One Order Framework and financial domain processes
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall delivery practices
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SAP HANA and S/4HANA migration
• SAP Certification in CRM or ABAP
• Previous experience with SAP SD in financial services
