SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Technical Expertise:
  o Proficiency in ABAP, including ALV reporting, enhancements, module pool programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP).
  o Knowledge of SAP Fiori/UI5 development and OData services is a plus.
  o Experience in SAP integrations using IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

o Understanding of SAP Data Dictionary, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms.

• Functional Knowledge:

o Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, HCM).

o Good understanding of SAP business processes and best practices.

• Additional Skills:

o Hands-on experience with SAP HANA development tools like CDS views, AMDP, and Native SQL is an advantage.
o Experience in Agile or Waterfall development methodologies.
o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
o Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP development and support.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA projects is preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SAP Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions and enhancements within SAP systems to support business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP modules, ABAP programming, and integration with third-party systems, with the ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions in a collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• SAP Development:
  o Develop, customize, and enhance SAP applications using ABAP (Advanced Business Application Programming).
  o Create and modify reports, forms, interfaces, workflows, and enhancements within SAP systems.

o Implement user exits, BAdIs, and other enhancements to extend SAP functionalities.

• System Integration:

o Design and implement interfaces between SAP systems and third-party applications using tools like IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.

o Work on data migration processes, including LSMW, BDC, or other relevant tools.

• Technical Solutioning:

o Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
o Provide technical feasibility analysis and suggest optimal solutions.

o Identify and resolve issues related to system performance, scalability, and integration.

• SAP Modules Expertise:

o Develop and support solutions for one or more SAP modules such as FI/CO, SD, MM, HCM, PP, or others.

o Ensure smooth integration between SAP modules.

• Testing and Documentation:

o Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for new developments and changes.

o Prepare and maintain technical documentation for custom developments.

• Support and Maintenance:

o Monitor SAP system performance and resolve issues in a timely manner.
o Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for SAP solutions.
