OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE Deliver SAP change requests or minor/small enhancements within your functional area, focusing on SAP Commercial, integration with third-party systems in commercial, billing processes and Digital commerce (Hybris). Collaborate with other workstreams, including ABAP Development, BTP Development, Logistics and Warehouse, when necessary. Coordinate with business process leads/owners (BPL/BPO) to prioritize requirements, actively reduce the backlog of open change requests through consistent delivery and monitor the status and progress during regular status meetings. Lead and manage status calls within your functional domain. Deliver the planned scope within the agreed timeline, meeting required quality standards and adhering to the delivery methodology outlined by ICC leadership/ERP Platform. Ensure meticulous documentation of change requests in design or technical files, effectively track progress using required IT tools, and prevent rework due to returned documents from approvers/reviewers. Promptly identify and report risks and issues to BPL/BPO, ICC SAP Commercial Team, BOTT Coordinator, or ERP Platform, while proactively developing and implementing mitigation plans to overcome blockers. Collaborate with the ICC SAP Commercial Team, BOTT Coordinator and ERP Platform Commercial Team to deliver change requests, ensuring proposed solutions align with implementation strategies and SAP templates. Foster an integrated approach to design, build, deployment, and operations for your product line by understanding, managing, and communicating dependencies in a timely manner. Stay informed about functionalities implemented by ICC SAP teams or ERP Platform teams to maintain the independence and efficiency of your work. Ensure continuous learning of SAP based solutions and stay up to speed with new releases. Collaborate with ICC SAP Commercial team on delivery of ICC lead projects EDUCATION, BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Required: Candidate should have the following experience: Experience upgrading SAP Commerce Cloud solutions in production to newer versions of SAP Commerce Cloud Experience on Hybris B2B accelerator, Hybris Core, Hybris Back office, WCMS, Smart Edit, Business Process, ASM, Consignment process Strong experience in building a Commerce solution integrated with S4 Hana /ERP solutions (SAP preferred). Participation in multiple SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) implementations required. Ability to solve complex technical challenges and technical blocks for the development team. Must have experience with Commerce Cloud product and data modeling. Experience with all aspects of system implementation including, but not limited to, designing the future state solution, supporting testing, implementing and providing post-go-live support. Good knowledge of Order Management Service APIs. Experience with eCommerce implementation using agile methodology. Working knowledge of SAP CPI Integration Platform is a plus Provide technical SAP Commerce Cloud leadership in projects and rollouts of the application. Manage deployments and manage codebase according to sprint/deployment structure. Develop detailed system design documents to support system requirements and comply with quality standards. Have 4+ years of professional experience of SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) At least 5 years of progressive application development and integration experience in pharmaceuticals industry Solid understanding of software development principle Able to communicate effectively to other members of the project team Extensive experience in integrating systems with many 3rd party dependencies via RESTful APIs Java, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring JDBC, Spring Web Services. Java Persistence Frameworks Desired: Certified by SAP in SAP Commerce Cloud Experience with SAP Commerce Cloud based on Microsoft Azure (CCv2) is a big plus Experience upgrading SAP Commerce Cloud solutions in production to newer versions of SAP Commerce Cloud is highly desirable Experience with SAP Spartacus front-end (Angular) is highly desirable Experience on Hybris B2B accelerator, Hybris Core, Hybris Back office, Smart Edit, Business Process, ASM, Consignment process Experience on Hybris Search, Adaptive Search, Search profile, SOLR customization REST/API Services Experience working with Issue and Project tracking software, Jira preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to think strategically and to be creative in task completion. Proven ability to work globally and cross-functionally to ensure integrated solutions are developed. Additional skills needed: Java Expertise: Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Java programming. SAP Commerce Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP Commerce Cloud (previously Hybris) platform, including its modules, functionalities, and development environment. Infrastructure Software: Familiarity with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, or similar platforms. Security Practices: Understanding of secure coding practices, cybersecurity frameworks, and compliance requirements relevant to e-commerce. Web and Framework Proficiency: Solid experience with web frameworks, with a preference for Spring. Familiarity with SCM tools such as Git and GitHub. Database Management Skills: Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server, and an understanding of database design and management Performance Optimization: Experience in application performance tuning and a good understanding of design patterns.
