Responsibilities

Be involved in customer facing project implementations in Digital Supply Chain Logistics solution areas with focus on EWM or TM and / or IBP solution portfolio, at Near Shore Center based out of Pittsburgh, PA.

  • Work on large implementation projects with focus on supply chain logistics
  • EWM or TM,and / or IBP through preparation, explore, realization and Go Live phases of customer implementation projects.
  • Be involved in planning, running, and managing blueprint workshops / meetings with internal and external clients.
  • Articulate business requirements and propose solutions
  • Hands on experience in functional configuration across the SAP Digital Supply Chain portfolio.
  • Demonstrate strong customer facing skills for both internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Participating in RFP discussions and estimating under guidance from a Bid / Presales team
  • Participate in content creation for new services and service maintenance to enhance existing portfolio.
  • Work in an onshore/offshore model for service coordination and delivery management
