The DTS Consultant QM BRH is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Quality Management (QM) solutions integrated with Batch Release Hub (BRH) to support digital transformation initiatives in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals and life sciences. The role ensures compliance, traceability, and efficiency in quality and batch release processes.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP QM module implementation.
  • Experience with SAP BRH or similar batch release systems.
  • Strong understanding of quality management processes and compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with integration tools and middleware (e.g., PI/PO, CIG).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences domain.
  • SAP certification in QM or related modules.
  • Knowledge of serialization and regulatory compliance frameworks.
    The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $73.97/hour - $115.57/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.

Responsibilities

SAP QM Configuration & Implementation:

  • Configure and customize SAP QM modules to meet business quality requirements.
  • Integrate QM with other SAP modules (MM, PP, SD) and external systems.
  • Design and implement quality inspection plans, notifications, and defect management.

BRH Integration & Support:

  • Assess and implement SAP BRH capabilities for batch release and compliance.
  • Ensure seamless integration between BRH and QM processes.
  • Support serialization, traceability, and regulatory reporting.

Project Delivery & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business users, quality leads, and IT teams to gather requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications, test scripts, and training materials.
  • Participate in project planning, testing, and go-live activities.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure solutions meet GxP, FDA, and other regulatory standards.
  • Maintain documentation for validation and audit readiness.
