We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive SAP Order Processing Specialist to support the global rollout of our SAP S/4HANA template across R&S subsidiaries. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the successful implementation, training, and optimization of SAP processes, with a focus on order processing. You may also take on responsibilities as a subproject manager, contributing to the broader success of our ERP transformation. This position is based in our US Headquarters facility in Columbia, Maryland.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SAP project and test management.
• Strong understanding of logistics and order processing workflows.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM); experience with S/4HANA is a plus.
• Solid project management and system analysis skills.
• Experience in delivering IT training to end users.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to travel up to 20% nationally and internationally

The total compensation for this position is $87K-$130K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job-related skills.

• Lead the rollout of the SAP order processing module to international subsidiaries.
• Support go-live activities and deliver end-user training for the new SAP S/4HANA system.
• Manage transactional data migration, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Analyze and optimize SAP-related business processes, particularly in SD and MM modules.
• Conduct testing of system changes and enhancements in the SAP ERP environment.
• Maintain and update user documentation to reflect current processes and system configurations.
