Description
Responsibilities: Design, configure, and develop SAP Control Change Board solutions according to business requirements. Provide functional and technical support to key users on issues related to customer, contract, invoicing, and collection management. Participate in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes related to SAP CCB. Analyzing change implementation, dates, and vendor review Manage incidents, changes, and requirements using agile or ITIL methodologies (as applicable). Collaborate with business teams, external consultants, and other SAP modules to ensure proper integration of solutions. Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing to ensure development quality. Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for processes and developments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in related positions Knowledge of reading Engineering Drawings and Diagrams Technical English (reading and writing); basic - intermediate level desirable. Experience with agile methodologies, issue management tools, and documentation is a plus. Soft Skills: Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
