At Hitachi Construction Machinery Europe (HCME), we produce the widest range of hydraulic excavators in the world, ranging from one-tonne minis to 780-tonne mining excavators. • Daily management of SAP, managing incidents, changes and releases/upgrades in close contact with support partner and with the user community
• Ensuring tests are performed and all requirements are met for releases and upgrades
• Supporting plans for improvements in the environment, by contributing to the roadmap and towards business cases
• Create templates and make sure documentation, standards and procedures are maintained
• Set-up user community and maintain contacts with key-users
• Cooperate with other IT personnel, management or service providers to provide solutions
