We are seeking a Principal SAP EWM Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions across our global supply chain network. This strategic role will drive best-in-class SAP architecture with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings deep functional and technical expertise in SAP EWM and is adept at partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, business leaders, and technical teams to deliver transformative solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 10+ years of SAP experience, including 6+ years specifically in SAP EWM architecture and delivery.
• Must be eligible to obtain a US security clearance
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM (decentralized and embedded) in S/4HANA environments.
• Deep understanding of warehouse processes such as inbound/outbound logistics, storage control, RF/mobile, labor management, and automation integration.
• Experience with SAP TM, MM, and PP modules is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile/SaFe methodologies, and project leadership.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details for business audiences.
• Travel up to 50%

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and solution design of SAP EWM implementations and enhancements.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, define roadmaps, and translate business needs into scalable SAP EWM solutions.
• Architect complex integrations between SAP EWM, S/4HANA, TM, and third-party systems.
• Provide expert-level guidance on configuration, customization, and deployment of SAP EWM modules, including embedded and decentralized setups.
• Define and enforce SAP best practices, standards, and governance across project lifecycles.
• Act as a thought leader and subject matter expert (SME) in warehouse logistics, automation, and digital supply chain strategies.
• Support project planning, resource estimation, risk mitigation, and technical troubleshooting.
• Guide and mentor junior architects, consultants, and developers.
• Collaborate with SAP Basis and Infrastructure teams on performance tuning, system upgrades, and transport management.
• Stay current with SAP roadmap and emerging technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, Fiori, AI/ML in logistics).
