Job Description Job Description of SAP EWM Process Consultant Role Overview: • Serve as a Process Solution Expert, Support roll out of Bosch S/4 HANA Standard template for logistics process. Key Responsibilities: Conduct gap analysis and identify new business requirements in Intra Logistics (I2D) Assist Plant Key Users & Plant Users in testing phases (Unit, Integration, UAT). Support data migration activities (Test Migration, Productive Migration). Conduct training sessions for Key Users. Provide Hypercare Support post go live. Troubleshoot defects during testing and post-go-live phases. Travel Requirements: • Willingness to travel for short-term business trips (up to 4 weeks) domestically and internationally. Mandatory Skills (Technical): Minimum 6+yrs experience in Logistics & Warehousing Operations across Inbound, Outbound, Warehouse Internal movements / Production supply and Packaging. Must be strong in at least one process area, with good knowledge of the other three. • Experience Working as Power User / Key User for at least 2 years in SAP Environment especially LE-WM, MM-IM (Inventory Management) including knowledge of key SAP Tables and Transactions related to Logistics Good knowledge of production replenishment processes and integration features. Minimum 4 years of experience working within automotive or manufacturing industries Experience using SAP RF Framework (in Handheld Scanners) for everyday Warehouse operations Experience Providing business requirements, Process improvement activities to SAP Consultants Experience Testing SAP business Processes and Custom Developments Nice to Have Skills (Technical): Experience working in Logistics functions of Bosch Business (BBM, PT, DC) Experience in supporting implementation & Golive of SAP R/3 LE-WM as a Key User Experience in SAP EWM 9.5 and/or S/4HANA Embedded EWM Exposure to SAP R/3 Sales & Distribution, Quality Management and Production Planning Modules Soft Skills: Communicates clearly, professionally, and concisely with teams, clients, and stakeholders. Possesses strong presentation skills. Able to communicate effectively in intercultural and multicultural environments. Developing tactical plans to achieve business objectives. Managing project timelines in alignment with the roadmap to ensure all activities are completed within the specified timeframe. Collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams (e.g., functional consultants, technical consultants, and business users). Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders (customers/vendors). Conflict resolution within project teams during implementations.
