The Role & Your Impact As part of the S/4 project, you’ll join the Inbound to Outbound Track (I2O). At Novonesis, we work together as an integrated team, combining business, digital, and functional expertise to build solutions that are robust, scalable, and future-ready. We focus on end-to-end processes rather than silos to ensure decisions are made with the full value chain in mind. Your key responsibilities include: Implementing warehouse and logistics processes through SAP Participating in the S/4 HANA Greenfield implementation Rolling out solutions to new sites as part of various projects Hands-on designing, configuring, and implementing changes within S/4 as well as legacy systems Driving process improvements by leveraging S/4 HANA functionality Supporting and advising Business Process Managers with input into user requirements and user acceptance test documentation Managing incident handling and providing support to end-users and Business Process Managers Communicating effectively with management and key stakeholders Offering support to other specialists Facilitating both small and large-scale optimizations What You’ll Need to Be Successful A bachelor’s or master’s degree, or other relevant education related to warehouse and logistics. Experience working in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably within process industries or life sciences A strong background in ERP and logistics solutions, ideally SAP S/4HANA or similar platforms Knowledge of inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, production supply, and inventory management The ability to translate business needs into system and process requirements Strategic competencies such as process optimization, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder collaboration The capability to understand and challenge technical designs in a complex, global setup A minimum of 8–10 years of experience with SAP A proactive mindset with a passion for solving complex challenges Fluency in English, both spoken and written What We Offer This is your opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organization focused on implementing state-of-the-art SAP technologies, including S/4HANA. Responsibilities
The specialist will implement and optimize warehouse and logistics processes using SAP, playing a key role in the S/4 project's Inbound to Outbound Track, including hands-on design and configuration.
