JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Associate Consultant / Consultant specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) support. In this key role, you will ensure the smooth operation of EWM systems by serving as the primary point of contact for business teams. Your responsibilities will include providing Level 1 support, managing incidents, and driving timely issue resolution within a highly regulated environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience in EWM implementation, rollout, or support projects.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Experience with automation systems integration, including ASRS, AGV, conveyors, and pallet exchangers.
· Familiarity with S/4HANA modules such as Manufacturing and Quality Management.
· Experience integrating EWM with MES and other non-ECC systems via interfaces like PI, ALE, or REST.
· Knowledge of business processes in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.
· Additional expertise in ABAP debugging and SAP Transportation Management (TM) module is a plus.
· Incident Management: Deliver first-line support to EWM business teams, ensuring all incidents are logged, tracked, and resolved promptly in alignment with defined SLAs.
· Issue Troubleshooting and Resolution: Analyze and resolve issues by collaborating with client teams, satellite systems, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Develop and implement interim solutions for urgent problems.
· Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted liaison, supporting daily client operations and fostering strong working relationships.
· Integration Support: Manage and troubleshoot complex integrations between EWM and systems such as Warehouse Automation, MES, and other satellite platforms to enable efficient issue resolution.
