REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• English and Spanish is required
• 2–3 years of experience in SAP EWM implementation, rollout, or support projects.
• Strong knowledge of Inventory Management, Stock Transfers, Special Stocks, Stock Types, Physical Inventory, Account Determination, and Valuation.
• Proficiency in EWM processes including ECC integration, Inbound/Outbound Processing, and more.
• Knowledge of integration with SD, MM, PP, and QM modules.
• Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Experience in regulated environments with knowledge of GXP and SOX requirements.
• Familiarity with incident management and testing tools.
• Hands-on experience in EWM issue resolution and basic debugging.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience integrating EWM with automated systems (ASRS, AGV, etc.).
• Experience with MES integration and S4/HANA modules.
• Understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.
• Knowledge of PI, ALE, REST, and other interface technologies.
• ABAP debugging skills.
• Exposure to TM, PP, and QM modules.

ABOUT THE ROLE

In this role, you will provide Level 1 support for the EWM business team, ensure smooth integration with Warehouse Automation and MES systems, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to support daily operations. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as an SAP EWM consultant to support daily operations.
• Provide Level 1 support for the EWM business team.
• Support integration with Warehouse Automation and MES systems.
• Work with satellite systems/vendors for issue analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate daily with client business teams to maintain customer confidence.
• Manage incidents in line with agreed SLAs and propose immediate workarounds when needed.
• Prepare and maintain requirement documents, functional specifications, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with GXP and SOX standards in regulated environments.
