Job Description As a SAP FI Consultant you will: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and design comprehensive SAP FI solutions to address critical business needs. Execute precise customization of SAP FI module components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting, to ensure optimal system performance and financial accuracy. Meticulously prepare, rigorously test, and execute data migration activities during critical SAP version upgrades. Deliver high-quality, time-sensitive support to SAP users on complex FI issues, ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations. Systematically troubleshoot and resolve SAP FI system errors and performance issues to maintain system integrity and reliability. Actively contribute to project planning, scheduling, and status reporting, while providing authoritative guidance and mentorship to other consultants. Vigilantly monitor project progress and identify potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary. Foster effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent high-quality output and successful project completion. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Finance, or a closely related field is mandatory. Minimum of 3-5 years of extensive experience in SAP FI module, encompassing support, customization, query development, and project work. Comprehensive understanding and expertise in SAP FI module components, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting. In-depth knowledge of Romanian financial accounting processes is essential; familiarity with accounting practices in other countries is highly advantageous. Exceptional communication, analytical problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are critical for success in this role. Advanced proficiency in English language, both written and verbal, is required. Demonstrable experience with S/4HANA Finance is considered a significant asset.
