GEK TERNA GROUP is currently looking for: SAP FI Consultant – SAP Center of Excellence (CoE) We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP FI Consultant to join our SAP Center of Excellence (CoE). As a key member of the CoE team, you will play a vital role in supporting the Group’s digital transformation and ensuring the continuous optimization of our SAP landscape across multiple business entities. Key Responsibilities Supports and participates in SAP implementations through: Preparation, Exploration, Realization, Go-Live and Support phases Contacts Business Analysis and Solution design on FI topics Performs application configuration by using the tools and features of SAP FI Components for Change Requests and small projects Masters and maintains detailed knowledge of SAP FI modules Works with external Consultants to complete implementation projects within budget/time, ensuring quality and adoption Guides and provides assistance to team members on a variety of financial topics Sets up and maintains SAP Configuration Data e.g. Cost Centers, Profit Centers etc. Trains End-Users and ensures documentations are done as per the Group’s standard Resolves tickets and provides support as per the agreed SLAs Hosts regular reviews with business personnel on status & performance and incorporates their feedback into service delivery Conducts technical training for fellow Associates / New joiners Requirements: BSc/MSc degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems 5 years of hands-on, project-based SAP FI experience gained on actual projects CO experience is a plus Standard customizing, configuration and project life cycle implementation skills within SAP FI are required Excellent written and verbal communication in Greek & English Completion of SAP course/Certifications or project work through academics is a plus Previous experience working with large and complex matrix structures will be considered as a plus Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills including verbal and written presentation and listening Must be able to work as a team player, yet have the ability to work independently Analytical, results-driven and solution-oriented approach Strong stakeholder management ability Ability to multi-task and manage various projects/requests/issues

Responsibilities

The consultant will support SAP implementations through all phases, from preparation to go-live and support, while also performing business analysis and solution design for FI topics.
