This role involves resolving day-to-day FICO SAP issues via help desk tickets, managing EDI and IDoc configurations, and providing training and support to key users. Working closely with project teams, as an analyst you'll contribute to testing, data migration, and expanding SAP’s business use. With hands-on experience across core FICO modules—such as FI-GL, FI-AP, FI-AR, FI-AA, CO-CCA, CO-PCA, and CO-PC—you'll ensure smooth integration with other SAP modules and supports complex financial operations including VAT and tax accounting.
