Job Description We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to support a 6-month project based in Penang. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end Finance solutions, supporting business users, and ensuring smooth system operations across SAP Finance modules. Key Responsibilities Support and enhance SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA) Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of finance-related enhancements Support integration activities with other SAP modules such as MM and SD Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities Provide support during UAT, go-live, and hypercare phases Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner Prepare functional documentation and user training materials Qualifications Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant with strong functional knowledge Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting Experience in at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation or multiple support projects Strong understanding of business processes in Finance and Accounting Experience with integration points between FICO and other SAP modules Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams Ability to work onsite in Penang for the duration of the project Additional Information At Fusion, we aspire to be one of the world's leading life sciences consulting firms, setting industry benchmarks with innovative and pioneering solutions.
