EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• 8–10 years in SAP FICO consulting, preferably in Construction or similar industry.
• At least 2 full SAP end-to-end implementations as SAP FICO consultant.
• S/4HANA implementation experience preferred.
• Experience supporting construction-based clients or similar industries.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• End-to-end SAP FICO configuration and business scenario experience, especially AR, FSCM (Credit, Collections, Disputes, Interfaces).
• Knowledge of integration points with MM, WM, SD, PP, PM modules.
• Proficient in FICO design, testing, and user training.
• Analyze and support FICO business processes and user issues.
• Develop programming specs and liaise with developers.
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills.
• Business acumen and ability to understand end-user requirements.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

• Hands-on expertise in SAP FICO configuration and support.
• Experience with 3rd party applications bolted onto SAP FSCM.
• Ability to manage functional and technical aspects of SAP implementations.

The consultant will troubleshoot emergencies and work with business SMEs to align SAP functionalities with business needs in a standardized manner.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
