Responsibilities
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the internal authority on SAP FI/CO modules (including, but not limited to, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost and Profit Center Accounting) and their integration with external SaaS solutions.
  • Demo Environment & Asset Development: Design, configure, and maintain robust internal SAP demo environments that effectively showcase the seamless integration of Yokoy’s expense and invoice management solutions with SAP ERP systems.
  • Sales & Academy Enablement: Collaborate with our Academy and Sales Enablement teams to create comprehensive documentation, training materials, and best-practice guides to support the sales and implementation processes for our SAP connectors.
  • Pre-Sales Support: Play a key role in the sales cycle by supporting our Sales and Pre-sales teams in demonstrating the value of Yokoy’s SAP connectors. You will be responsible for creating and presenting compelling, persona-based user stories that highlight the benefits and ROI for prospective customers.
  • Strategic Implementation Support: Provide your deep SAP expertise to our implementation teams during strategic customer projects, ensuring a smooth and successful integration of Yokoy with their SAP landscapes.
  • Product Feedback: Liaise with the product development team to provide valuable feedback from a technical SAP perspective to enhance the functionality and integration capabilities of the platform.
  • ️ What you’ll need:
  • Degree (University) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
  • You’re an experienced SAP FI/CO consultant with direct experience of SAP S/4HANA, the SAP Intelligent Enterprise concept and application integration.
  • An excellent track record of project delivery and successful engagement in the sales cycle.
  • Strong configuration experience in both FI and CO submodules.
  • Knowledge of business processes in financial accounting, cost controlling, and reporting.
  • Experience in full lifecycle SAP implementations and/or rollouts, and integrations to SAP FI/CO.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to bridge the gap between finance and IT.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
  • You are fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
