SAP Functional Lead - FICO

We are seeking a hands-on, senior SAP FICO Lead on behalf of a Dubai-based holding Group to re-engineer end-to-end finance processes, manage delivery governance, and lead the finance workstream across a complex multi-entity environment.

• Design, configure, and maintain core FI/CO modules (Universal Journal/ACDOCA, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, FSCM, and RE-FX/Contract Lease).
• Lead the migration from Oracle EBS to SAP, applying strict fit-to-standard principles and managing Chart of Accounts and Master Data structure design.
• Direct hybrid onshore/offshore delivery teams and serve as the primary functional bridge between external system integrators and executive leadership.
• Drive user enablement, change management, and end-to-end business process adoption across diverse operating units.
