We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with a strong understanding of GDPR compliance and US Government financial reporting to support a critical enterprise project. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), regulatory compliance, and government contract accounting/reporting requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience with SAP FICO (configuration and support)
• Hands-on experience with GDPR compliance in a financial/ERP context
• Solid understanding of US Government reporting standards, including FAR/DFARS compliance and cost accounting standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional and remote teams
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency may be required for some projects

• Implement and configure SAP FICO modules to meet business and compliance needs
• Ensure financial processes align with GDPR regulations
• Support US Government financial reporting, including cost tracking, indirect rate application, and audit readiness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance transformation and compliance initiatives
• Analyze existing systems and propose improvements for data integrity and reporting efficiency
• Prepare and document detailed functional specifications
