JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Consultant to join our team and support financial and controlling operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP FICO modules, including GL, AP, AR, AA, and CO, and should be capable of handling business requirements, configuration, testing, and support activities across multiple projects.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

10+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant.
Strong knowledge of SAP FICO modules and integration with other modules.
Hands-on experience in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
Experience with end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and client-facing skills.
Understanding of financial processes and best practices.
Experience with SAP Fiori and/or Central Finance is a plus.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
SAP Certification in FICO is preferred.
Experience with tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager, or Jira.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Configure and support SAP FICO modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO-OM, CO-PC, CO-PA, etc.)
Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
Perform system configuration, testing, and integration activities.
Resolve incidents and provide day-to-day SAP FICO support.
Lead or support finance-related process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional SAP teams (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
Prepare functional specifications for custom developments.
Support month-end/year-end closing and reporting processes.
Provide training to end-users and stakeholders.
