Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA for a leading semiconductor company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, configuration, and optimization of SAP FICO modules, aligning with business objectives.

• Lead and participate in the full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA FICO implementation, from requirement gathering and design to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Analyze business processes and provide solutions leveraging SAP FICO capabilities, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and organizational needs.
• Configure and customize the SAP FICO module, including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profitability Analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and propose appropriate solutions to enhance financial and controlling processes.
• Conduct workshops, user training, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and stakeholders.
• Work closely with technical teams to oversee system integrations, interfaces, and data migration activities.
• Provide functional expertise during testing phases (unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP FICO modules in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP FICO Consultant, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of financial and controlling processes in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP FICO and other modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• SAP certification in FICO or S/4HANA is an advantage.
