Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused SAP FICO Onsite Specialist to provide functional support, advisory services, and issue resolution for SAP FICO modules in a fast-paced environment. This role is particularly focused on supporting operations and requires strong hands-on expertise in FICO (including Project Accounting), as well as a working understanding of procurement processes and cross module integrations. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to customers and internal teams, ensuring optimal system performance and business continuity.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP FICO, including support and configuration.
  • Strong understanding of SAP Project Systems (PS) and core financial processes.
  • Exposure to SAP procurement cycles and integration with finance.
  • Solid integration knowledge with modules such as MM, SD, and HR.
  • Experience with SAP Ariba and/or S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with users and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work onsite, manage client relationships, and provide hands-on, end-to-end support.
