Your role Summary of role and responsibilities:

  • To contribute to the project transformations in the Domain on a Project Management point of view but also on a technical point of view. He(she) will be part of the success of all the transformation steps of the projects, initial demand collection, books of requirements, eventual Request for Proposal, blueprint, realisation, cutover plan, training, go-live, project closure, project committees, steering committees, subcontractors’ management … A dedicated PMO tool will be used to ensure a best-in-class project management activity.
  • To help manage the strategy of the Domain, to propose each year a 5-year plan including architecture concepts and to assess that all the transformations are in phase with the current strategy.To manage the run and maintain activity. The Domain Manager is in charge of the success of the incidents management and the progressive maintenance management in the domain. KPI’s will be followed and analysed to ensure the proper management of this area.

Main tasks

  • To manage a part of the run and maintain activity. The SAP FICO expert will contribute to the incidents management and the progressive maintenance management in the domain.
  • Participate in all phases of the FICO projects as a consultant: requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support
  • Configure SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre Accounting, Profit Centre Accounting, Actual Costing
  • Integrate with other modules, like SD, MM, PP, TM etc
  • Conduct end-user training sessions and create documentation for users and support teams
  • Define and execute projects as a project manager, including leading a project team

What we’re looking for:
An experienced SAP FICO consultant with technical skills, who can manage projects and can work in a team as well as autonomously.

You should have:

  • Masters in Information Technology or similar
  • Minimum 5 years of experience: in SAP FICO
  • Languages: English is required and French is a plus
  • Hard skills: FICO, ABAP is a plus, FIORI is a plus
  • Soft skills: excellent communication with an ability to work with people from across different countries
