Cross-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Management, and Global Partner teams across EMEA to ensure seamless customer experiences and accelerated deal closure

  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape, customer feedback, and regional market trends across EMEA to inform partner strategy and capability development priorities
  • Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance partner productivity, customer satisfaction scores, and implementation success rate
Responsibilities

Strategic Partner Ecosystem Development:

Lead Competency Framework Implementation: Collaborate with Fieldglass Portfolio Enablement and Partner Solution Adoption teams to design, implement, and drive adoption of a comprehensive competency framework across the EMEA partner ecosystem

  • Scale Partner Certification Programs: Strategically expand and optimize partner certification initiatives to achieve an increase in certified, qualified Fieldglass consultants, ensuring consistent delivery quality and methodology adherence
  • Partner Performance Analytics: Leverage HPI platform improvements to establish robust partner engagement metrics, competency tracking, and performance dashboards that inform strategic partnership decisions

Delivery Excellence & Governance:

Oversee Partner-Led Project Success: Provide governance and strategic oversight for partner-led Fieldglass implementations, ensuring alignment with SAP’s delivery excellence standards and customer success metrics

  • Escalation Management & Resolution: Serve as primary escalation point for complex partner delivery challenges, implementing systematic resolution processes that reduce project bottlenecks and improve time-to-value
  • Quality Assurance Leadership: Establish and monitor quality gates, delivery methodologies, and best practices across all partner-led engagements
