SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant (S/4HANA) We are looking for an experienced SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant to support large transformation programs and help organizations optimize their finance processes using SAP S/4HANA solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to design, implement, and improve SAP solutions that support finance transformation, sustainability reporting, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Analyse business requirements and translate them into SAP Finance solutions Design and implement improvements within SAP FI/CO environments Support SAP S/4HANA transformation and finance process optimization Contribute to projects related to sustainability reporting and regulatory requirements Ensure smooth integration of SAP solutions within existing IT landscapes Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support clients during implementation phases Profile University degree in Business, Finance, IT, or similar Proven experience in SAP Finance & Controlling consulting Strong knowledge of SAP FI / CO Experience with SAP Sustainability solutions such as: Sustainability Control Tower (SCT) Sustainability Footprint Management (SFM) Understanding of sustainability regulations (CSRD, ESRS, CBAM) is a plus Strong analytical and communication skills Fluent German and English Willingness to travel within Europe if required What we offer Opportunity to work on large-scale SAP transformation programs Exposure to S/4HANA, sustainability solutions and emerging technologies Collaborative international environment Competitive compensation and flexible working conditions
