SAP Financial Consolidation administrator This is your mission Are you passionate about financial data, consolidation processes, and information systems? Then this position is for you. As a SAP Financial Consolidation Administrator, you will ensure the smooth operation of the Financial Consolidation tool and provide level 1 functional support to users, especially during quarterly closings. Build side: Participate in process improvement initiatives related to financial consolidation Enrich existing technical and functional documentation Create new documentation to support users and internal teams Develop data and financial business knowledge to better understand user needs Improve and enrich the data model to align with business requirements Run side: Create and manage data entry environments Configure and maintain consolidation environments (exchange rates, scopes, consolidation rules) Manage the security module (owner groups, functional profiles, data access rights) Provide level 1 functional support to users (credentials, blocking controls, basic issues) Ensure data quality and correct data transfers between the consolidation tool and other systems (ERP, data warehouses) Monitor the application via the administration console This is your background 3 to 4 years of professional experience in a similar functional administration role Solid financial and accounting knowledge Strong interest in information systems and data Comfortable working in demanding and structured environments This is your expertise: Knowledge of SAP Financial Consolidation (nice to have) Experience with EPM and consolidation tools (SAP FC or similar, Hyperion Financial Management, Tagetik, Oracle…) Understanding of data modeling and database architecture Basic consolidation concepts and IFRS standards Office tools: Excel, Word, PowerPoint Data tools are a plus: SAS, Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Dataiku This is how you work as part of a team: Languages English: B2 minimum (C1 mandatory if you do not speak French) French: B2 ideal (B1 acceptable with willingness to learn) This is how you work as part of a team Strong collaboration and organizational skills Clear communication and synthesis abilities to convey key messages Excellent interpersonal skills Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment This is our commitment At Consort Group, you are an expert who we support so that every assignment becomes a step that counts.
