Job Summary: The SAP FPSL Analyst – Enterprise Systems is a hands-on contributor supporting Finance Technology by configuring, testing, and maintaining SAP FPSL solutions and integrated applications. With exposure to payments and banking operations, this role combines SAP expertise with skills in data processing, ETL, and Python to ensure accurate reporting, compliance, and seamless operations across Finance Technology. Job Description: Essential Responsibilities: Performs portions of work assignments requiring general SaaS and enterprise-wide applications knowledge and developing business expertise Supports and may lead enterprise-wide applications projects of limited scope impacting information technology or enterprise systems functions Analyzes and makes decisions within limited parameters under regular supervision Receives regular and general instruction and guidance from more experienced colleagues on work in the form of specific objectives Expected Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred Qualification: Key Responsibilities SAP FPSL Support: Assist in the configuration, testing, and ongoing maintenance of SAP FPSL solutions to meet finance and reporting needs. Data Handling: Work with data processing, ETL tools, and Python scripts to transform and validate financial data. Integration Support: Collaborate with teams to support integrations between SAP FPSL and other enterprise systems. Compliance & Governance: Contribute to ensuring SOX and regulatory compliance across SAP FPSL deliverables. Documentation & Tracking: Maintain clear documentation of requirements, test results, and system changes. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and finance users to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in Finance Technology, enterprise systems, or SAP environments. Foundational knowledge of SAP FPSL and related finance processes. Technical skills in Python, SQL, ETL tools, and data processing preferred. Exposure to payments or banking industry systems is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
