Role: SAP FPSL Manager Experience: 9+ yearsJob Purpose:To lead and manage the successful delivery of SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL) implementation projects, ensuring alignment with client business goals, regulatory requirements (e.g., IFRS17/IFRS9), and SAP best practices. Job Description: As an SAP FPSL Manager, you will: Lead end-to-end FPSL implementations including planning, solution design, delivery, and stakeholder management. Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable FPSL solutions. Oversee functional and technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines. Drive solution architecture for FPSL, including SDL, RDL, CVPM, and integration with SAP S/4HANA or other systems. Ensure compliance with IFRS17 and IFRS9, guiding teams on GMM, PAA, and VFA measurement models. Mentor and develop consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. Support pre-sales and proposal development, contributing to solutioning and client presentations. Mandatory Skills: Strong leadership in SAP FPSL solution architecture and delivery. Deep expertise in IFRS17 (GMM, PAA, VFA) and IFRS9 accounting standards. Proven experience in SAP FPSL or sAFI/Bank Analyzer/Insurance Analyzer. In-depth knowledge of Master Data Framework, SDL, RDL, CVPM, and FPSL data models. Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in global delivery models. At least 2 full-cycle FPSL implementations in a leadership role. Preferred Skills: Understanding of financial services industry processes, especially in insurance and banking. Strong stakeholder management and client engagement capabilities. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to drive change management and training initiatives for client teams.
