EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience as a SAP Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC6 (MM, SD).
• 3 to 5 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA (MM, SD, IM).
• Participation in one or two S/4HANA projects is considered an asset.
• SAP certification is an asset.
• Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good knowledge of English.

• Analyzing incidents, problems, and change requests.
• Recommending best business practices and proposing value-added solutions through contextual analysis, while advising clients on the most appropriate solution.
• Gathering business, functional, and non-functional requirements, and proposing suitable solutions.
• Participating in the planning of activities and deliverables.
• Leading and contributing to solution design workshops.
• Translating business requirements into functional specifications and documenting development/configuration specifications.
• Configuring the relevant SAP modules and documenting the settings.
• Configuring the system.
• Documenting the configuration.
• Participating in the documentation and validation of solutions (integration testing) and documenting all required tests before go-live.
• Identifying and writing test cases.
• Executing and documenting tests.
• Participating in and analyzing module upgrades (patches and version upgrades).
• Acting as a subject matter expert to support internal PUBLIC ORGANIZATION team members in developing their expertise in the relevant SAP module
