We have an opportunity for an SAP Functional Analyst, Order-to-Cash (OTC) to join our SAP S/4HANA team in Golden Valley, MN. In this role, you’ll play a key role in Pentair’s global SAP S/4HANA implementation by partnering with business leaders and consultants to define requirements, design and test processes, and help deploy a standardized global OTC framework across multiple sites and functions. You’ll gain hands-on experience leading workshops, building process documentation, and supporting change management, while contributing directly to a large-scale digital transformation. KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Have 5+ years of professional experience, which will include hands-on experience in SAP (S/4HANA or ECC) and 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong professional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to give presentations and train others on new processes.
• Working knowledge and understanding of Customer Master, Sales Pricing Conditions, Info Records, Material Master, Order Entry, and/or knowledge of the OTC workstream with other SAP and non-SAP systems preferred.
• Experience with IT-related projects using agile methodology and the ability to capture user stories, RAID items, impediments, and gaps a plus.
• Background in customer service, pricing, order entry, billing, returns, warranty, etc a plus.
