Description

This role is ideal for an experienced SAP EWM professional who enjoys working closely with partners, understands end‑to‑end WMS systems, and wants to play a key role in a major transformation program with ongoing ownership post go‑live.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the implementation of SAP EWM.
  • Acting as a key functional SME within the business during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Contributing to requirements gathering, process design, and system configuration.
  • Supporting the platform following go‑live, including issue resolution and user support.
  • Collaborating with Supply Chain and Technology stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business needs.
  • Driving future enhancements and continuous improvement of the SAP EWM landscape.
  • Assisting with documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in a functional SAP role.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with SAP EWM.
  • Experience working on or supporting a SAP EWM implementation.
  • Solid understanding of Supply Chain business processes.
  • Ability to work effectively with external implementation partners.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to bridge technical and business conversations.
  • A proactive, detail‑oriented approach with a focus on delivery and quality.

What we can offer you

  • The opportunity to play a key role in a major implementation within a growing national retailer.
  • Hands‑on involvement in a critical transformation program with ownership beyond go‑live.
  • Collaboration with global partners and exposure to enterprise‑scale SAP environments.
  • A stable, in‑house role with meaningful impact on how our people systems operate.
  • Employee benefits including paid parental leave, wellbeing initiatives, and EAP support.
  • A professional, inclusive environment that values accountability, clarity, and delivery.

This is more than a functional consulting role. It’s a chance to help shape the people systems that support the next chapter of growth at The Reject Shop.
