Role Description:The SAP Functional Consultant will possess in-depth functional knowledge across multiple SAP modules including Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, Sales and Distribution (SD), Materials Management (MM), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). This role requires a proactive consultant who can work closely with business stakeholders, lead functional discussions, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and contribute to effective Change Management strategies. Job Duties:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Strong functional understanding of SAP FI/CO modules (Financial Accounting and Controlling), including key processes such as general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, asset accounting, and cost center accounting.
• General knowledge in SAP modules: MM (Procurement & Inventory), SD, and WMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between modules.
• Participate in and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and resolving issues.
• Assist in Change Management activities, including end-user training, documentation, and communication plans.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide SAP best practices and recommendations.
• Support end-user’s post-implementation and resolve functional issues as needed.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure proper system configuration and development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP enhancements, releases, and industry trends.

EDUCATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in at least three of the following modules: FI/CO, MM, SD, WMS.
• Strong understanding of retail business processes; experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting UAT and Change Management efforts.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in Spanish is required; English proficiency is not necessary for this role.
