Description

This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to analyse processes, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery of SAP functionalities aligned with organisational objectives.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years' SAP functional consulting experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in:
    • SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO).
    • SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM/PM)
    • SAP Materials Management (MM)
    • SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)
    • SAP Environment Health and Safety (EHS)
  • SAP HR & Payroll experience with thorough understanding of Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Australia Payroll (PY), Time Management (TM), and Benefits Administration
  • Support Australian payroll-related statutory compliance requirements
  • Able to maintain and troubleshoot, Single Touch Payroll (STP), PAYG Withholding, Superannuation, Payroll Tax, Leave Accruals and Entitlements, Long Service Leave, Terminations and Redundancies, Year-end payroll activities and legislative updates, Validate payroll reconciliations and ensure payroll accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Business Payroll Managers, HR team and business users, provide regular incident status updates and resolution, participate in governance meetings and service reviews.
  • Integration understanding with SuccessFactors (EC - Employee Central), SAP CPI / SAP Integration Suite, SAP Finance (FI/CO), Banking and Superannuation Interfaces
  • Team Player and able to work collaboratively with the larger team
  • Experience supporting SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP HANA production environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills.
  • Experience preparing functional specifications and supporting SAP enhancements.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end business processes and SAP integration.
  • Experience with change management, transports and testing activities.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Support cross-functional streams, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Work Management (EAM).
  • Contribute to training materials and knowledge transfer to business users and support teams.

Desirable Experience

  • SAP Certification in FI/CO, PM/EAM, MM or SD.
  • S/4HANA experience, including Fiori application design, configuration, and testing
  • Experience within Utilities, Energy or Infrastructure industries.
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
  • Experience working across both BAU support and project delivery.
  • Experience with SAP Mobile Start and mobility solutions.
