As part of the Information Systems of THALES ALENIA SPACE, you will be integrated into a transnational team in charge of ERP (SAP) projects and maintenance.
You will be reporting to the transnational Information Systems Manufacturing Manager and you will interact with technical and functional experts of SAP software in the team and with IS/IT stakeholders (applications, infrastructure, architecture and cybersecurity experts).
You will interact with Business Users and Process Owners.
Your role in this team will mainly concern the functional expertise of the MANUFACTURING DOMAIN (MM/PP/WM/QM).
The position is based in Turin, full time and require occasional traveling to other production sites in Europe.

As SAP functional expert:

• You will collect, analyze, challenge and implement the needs of internal customers in order to consolidate the Core Model SAP solution and the interfaces with other applications in the frame of the JV implementation, and participate to the training of the users;
• You will be the interface with the THALES corporate subcontractor for SAP development, so ABAP knowledge will be appreciated to validate the quality of the delivery;
• You will do the customization in SAP;
• You will be a referent to support activities around:
• MRP processes
• Logistics flows from material good receipt to delivery
• Quality in link with external tool
• PLM interfaces (material, routings, BOM, as-built ….)
• MES interfaces for workshop management
• BI activities around KPI as SAP expert

Requirements:

• 5 years as SAP PP/QM/WM/MM consultant with mastery of customization
• Experience on FI/CO modules is a plus, and notion on PLM will be appreciated
• Experience of a migration project
• Experience working abroad or in a multicultural team
• Basic knowledge of architecture principles (networks and infrastructures)
• Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles
• Good interpersonal skills, assertiveness, listening and communication skills
• English practice mandatory

• Proactive, curious and autonomous
• Analytical qualities coupled with a good spirit of synthesis.
